Returns & Exchanges

We at BasedCollections value your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  1. The item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  2. The item is in its original packaging.

  3. You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will initiate the refund process once we receive the returned item. Please note that shipping costs for returning the item will be at the customer's expense.

How to Return an Item:

  2. Pack the item securely in a suitable package

  3. Ship the item to the address that we will provide you via email.

 

Refund Processing

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
